"It's almost been a month since I purchased my Bronco Sport at Stauffer Motors. I love this car! Great sales staff! Everyone was very helpful with any questions I had. The Parts department has been amazing at helping me with accessorizing my vehicle to make it my own. I had no idea there were So many accessories for the Bronco Sport! The service team was fantastic and installed new lettering for me.
Long story short - I would 100% refer anyone to Stauffer Motors whether it's for service, parts or sales. I know I'll be going back for any of my vehicle needs!

"My car overheated in London so I rode back to Stauffer Motors in Tillsonburg with a CAA driver and my car being hauled. When I arrived Chantelle told me not to worry that they would take care of things and then offered me a ride home. Cooling Fan Assembly kit installed at the price quoted and my car is running great again. Good home town service!!

"I recently had an issue with my 2025 Ford F-150 and brought it in for service. Chantelle, the service advisor, went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Even though the part needed for the repair was difficult to source, she kept me informed throughout and worked quickly to get my truck back on the road.
She also arranged a loaner vehicle for me without any hassle, which made a huge difference while my truck was being serviced. The turnaround time was impressive given the circumstances, and the customer service was top-notch from start to finish.
Highly recommend Chantelle and the team for anyone needing reliable and professional service!

"They replaced my water pump and fuel pump on a 2014 explorer. Fantastic work , these are very complicated repairs. Basically take the whole engine and car apart. Chantelle was very informative and professional. Did a great job where other shops didn't have the correct tools or wouldn't do the work.

"I went in today for a blown trailer fuse. I expressed the urgency as my trailer running lights were not on during driving.
I went in, explained the situation and one of the sales guys (Udhay Kumar) led me immediately to (Chantelle) the service advisor who then brought me to (Ken) the shop manager. All three people worked together to get me the service I needed. Ken gave me a printed diagram so that if the problem were to arise again I can quickly deal with it myself.
I did not have an appointment but everyone was understanding and I am very happy with the service I had received. Thankyou very much Stauffer Motors and the amazing team who assisted me today.
