They were open and honest during the entire process of ordering our 20220 Ford Maverick and kept us in the loop throughout the entire build process. Definitely recommend buying from Stauffer motors!
UPDATE: 2 years into ownership and the original review still stands: Stauffers is amazing! From regular maintenance to warranty issues the team has ALWAYS stepped up to help us out. With shuttle service or a loaner, they've been there. Even recently, we had new tires put on and a week later one of them had a slow leak. One quick call to the service department, and they were able to squeeze me in the same day to look at it and fix the issue! This team goes out of their way to treat their customers with respect and class and I cannot recommend them enough. From sales to service, this team is what keeps customers coming back!
