"Love our Maverick. Cole was very cordial and went far and beyond what I would have expected by walking us through the instrument panel and functions. He set up the Ford app on both our phones and again explained its functions. Had a small problem with a leaky tire that they promptly addressed and reconciled. We highly recommend.

"As a new resident in Tillsonburg I am very pleased with the welcoming service I have received at Stauffer Motors. Just had my snow tires put on from a previously owned vehicle. A little size difference was researched by the dealership and rather than try to sell me new tires they happily installed the ones I owned and advised me to keep an eye on the speedometer. Everyone I have dealt with is genuinely friendly, accommodating to my schedule and eager to please. I will be returning for all service going forward.
