I recently went to Stauffers for a warranty recall and once again all of the staff treated like I was family if you ask me where to go to purchase a vehicle or get repairs done I am going to say STAUFFERS.
I recently went to have some service work done and once again I was happy with the complete job and the staff I still highly recommend them.
I just had some service work done on my car, and I am very happy with the finished product, staff were all very nice, mechanic did the job right and I'll be back.

"My car overheated in London so I rode back to Stauffer Motors in Tillsonburg with a CAA driver and my car being hauled. When I arrived Chantelle told me not to worry that they would take care of things and then offered me a ride home. Cooling Fan Assembly kit installed at the price quoted and my car is running great again. Good home town service!!

"It took awhile this time about a month and a half. Sounds long but it was a warranty issue on my 2022 F150 Hybrid. Ken, the mechanics manager had to have conversations with Ford. Meanwhile Chantel kept me in the loop on the procedures and supplied me with a Bronco Big Bend. That hauled a lot of topsoil. A big dirty tack trunk. The dogs restaurant grade chicken. Plus it did 2 dog successful competitions. The nose work trial, It carried 2 dogs with crates in the back plus was in the vehicles search. Very easy to attach the aluminum sunshades to it. Overall experience was very good as we had no down time. The staff at Stauffers really try to please. Customer service is of the utmost importance. That is a rarity these days. They are a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend their service shop. So if you were thinking of changing Ford services centers go to Stauffers in Tillsonburg. Best part, my truck came back clean. They have one of the best detailers in the back.
